Weekends & Holidays:

Any cancellations made, regardless of notice given, will be subject to a 4% cancellation fee. Cancellations made with an 8-14 day notice (from the check-in date) will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations made with a 7 day notice or less (from the check-in date) will be given no refund. Booking within the 7 day period will disqualify you for any refund at all.

A no-show will be treated as a cancellation with no notice and will be given no refund.

Monday – Thursday:

Cancellations made with a 4-14 day notice (from the check-in date) will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations made with 72 hours or less notice (from the check-in date) will be given no refund. Booking within the 72 hour period will disqualify you for any refund at all.

Whistle Stop welcomes day visitors Sunday through Thursday from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. Visitors for day use of our facility must register at office for car pass and a designated parking space. All visitors must be 21 years of age and minor children must have a parent or adult 21 years of age at all times. No carry-ins allowed. A $5 per person and $5 per car fee is required. Fee does not include any rental equipment. Inquire in office for equipment rental fee. Fees double if not registered!

Yes. We work to ensure each site is kept as level as possible.

Due to tree coverage, many sites may not receive great satellite feed. However, if that is a major concern, please call 608-655-3080 to check if there is a site available with less tree coverage.
