RATE INFORMATION:  Each site includes water, sewer and electric, fire pit (do not move), picnic table, use of dump station, free showers, WI-FI hotspot (at store) and use of the swimming pond, water toys, dunk tank and various activities. TRAIN RIDE REQUIRES A LITTLE AMERRICKA WRISTBAND FOR AN ADDTIONAL FEE. Rates for individual sites are based on a total of 2 adults and 3 children under the age of 18, and one car per site. Additional people are $5 per person per day. Additional cars must pay a $5 fee and receive a tag at the office. Personal golf carts must provide proof of insurance upon check-in, all drivers must have valid driver’s license, and pay $50 per stay for golf cart.  Early check-in before Noon is ½ the nightly camping rate, check-in between Noon & 2pm is $10/hour (Call ahead to check availability). Must be 21 years old to rent site and someone 21 or older must be staying on the site.

RESERVATIONS:  Advance reservations are required. All reservations must be paid in full at time of booking by Visa, Master Card, or Discover. RESERVATIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. For group reservations, an individual name must be assigned to each site being reserved and payment must be made for each site at time of reservation.

PET POLICY: Pets are welcome (2 pets max.) as long as they are kept quiet and on a leash at all times. Pets are not allowed in/around any: buildings (store, bathhouse), rental units, bath house, play areas (jumping pillow, playground, etc.)  or at/on the pond/beach. All pets are to be up-to-date on vaccinations before visiting the campground.

  • A CASH cleaning deposit of $50 and a credit card are REQUIRED upon check-in. Cleaning deposit will be refunded if the unit is returned to the same condition, it was in upon arrival. Credit card will be charged for any damage.
  • Smoking is not allowed inside rental units. Pets are not allowed inside or outside of the rental units.
  • $250.00 fee if any smoking/pet is found in a Rental Unit.
  • No other camping units, including tents, are allowed on rental unit sites.

Seasonal Sites:

Includes use of all common areas at the campground, water, sewer, electric and garbage (approx. April 15th – Oct. 15th). Seasonal Fee: $4,000.00 Tax: $220.00 Total: $3,220.00. $200.00 site deposit required.
